Return, Refund,
and Cancellation Policy
Treatandtrend.co is
committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from
us. We try our best to give you excellent jewellery but if you are not
satisfied with your ordered product then you can return it by the following
return policy:
1. Please record an
unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The
unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in
clear lighting. We can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the
video you have is edited or paused.
2. If product is physically
damaged or wrong product was sent, we do replacement without any additional
cost! Customer has to contact within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If
replacement of the same product is not possible, we offer refund or replacement
with other products of same value. To get your product replaced please contact
our customer care team at +60127922807.
3. If the defect or return
claim has been approved by our team, customer has to ensure product is safely
packed with original packaging and send the parcel to the given address. Once
the parcel reaches us, it will be inspected by our team. If we found the
product was used, washed, or not in its original state, we will reject the claim!
The product will be returned to the customer and the delivery fee will be
chargeable.
Product
is not considered as damaged in below scenarios:
1. We take all product
pictures indoors in day light with premium lenses. There may be a slight change
in color as it depends on the monitor or phone screen resolution and color
settings. We do not accept returns if you feel there is a color difference. You
should exactly get what you see in our website.
2. If the jewellery’s
physical look and feel doesn’t suit your liking.
3. If the jewellery is too
heavy to wear or the size is not what you expected.
4. If earrings stem is
bent. We sometime intentionally bend the stem in order to avoid damage, which
can be easily straighten without using any tools.
5. Under rare
circumstances, if stones are fallen during the transit, this can be fixed with
glue.
6. If rings are detached
and beads are fallen it can be fixed easily.
7. If connector rings are
opened during transit, it can be fixed as well.
Cancellation policy:
1. In case of any
discrepancy, we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation
from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error
in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check
out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases.
2. We make sure to notify
you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case
any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
3. Order can be cancelled
from your end before the product is packaged and dispatched. To cancel your
order please WhatsApp to our customer care team at +6027922807. We will make
sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 7 working
days.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation
Policy for International Orders
We unfortunately do not have return, refund, and
cancellation policy for international customers. However, the discount
coupon or cash voucher will be provided including the shipping cost if the
product has been received damaged in transit.
Please be assured that we take full care in packing parcels for
both domestic and international purchases no matter the value of the parcel.
The jewellery is triple check for damages, whether all stones are in place and
packed with sufficient bubble wraps in cardboard boxes/plastic boxes.
