Delivery Information

Shipping Domestic (Malaysia)

·         We are using Multiple Couriers (Pos Laju, J&T, and Pgeon Prime) to dispatch all our domestic orders around Malaysia at a flat standard rate of MYR 8/kg (West Malaysia) and MYR 25/kg (East Malaysia). This is to ensure that the item will reach you as soon as possible. The shipping details including tracking link will send to your email or registered handphone number.

·         You would be expected to receive your orders within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that the shipping time may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions and thus in some cases your package may take longer to reach you.

·         If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

Shipping Singapore

·         Shipping to Singapore will be via Ninja Van unless otherwise stated or requested. A dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

·         Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not around when your package arrives, the carrier will send a message or call to leave details on where or how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.

·         Shipping charges for Singapore is MYR 25-RM30/kg. Delivery usually takes around 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In some case, items can experience delay at customs. Please note that the shipping time may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions and thus in some cases your package may take longer to reach you.

·         If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

Shipping Rest of World

·         International shipping will be via FedEx / DHL unless otherwise stated or requested. A dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

·         Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not around when your package arrives, the carrier will send a message or call to leave details on where or how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.

·         International shipping charges is around MYR 300 to 350/kg depending to the country. Delivery usually takes around 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In some case, items can experience delay at customs. Please note that the shipping time may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions and thus in some cases your package may take longer to reach you.

·         If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.
